Developed a new research and development facility on a once vacant parcel 7, building e lot (at 791 Lincoln Avenue, intersection of 2nd street and Lincoln Avenue). At the San Rafael corporate center (srcc) campus.
The proposed project will complete the tenant improvement phase of the of the approximately 86,000 sf 3 story building.
