Allied Mechanical performed the complete HVAC and Plumbing tenant improvement scopes for this 2-story space on Grant Ave. in San Francisco in the heart of Union Square.

This is one if the nicest retail/restaurant build outs that we have performed in Union Square with lots of linear air distribution, hydronic heat pump systems and trim finishes and temperatures that must be perfect for meticulous clients that must keep their patrons happy we know what it takes to keep us coming back to their facilities.

With over 100 restaurants and retail spaces under our belts in the Union Square area we have performed on some of the most prestigious and aesthetically pleasing spaces in San Francisco for many of the top 10 General Contractors in the Bay Area.

The spaces can be a true challenge with the lighting and occupancy requirements for these spaces to be able to keep them consistently cool, but time and time again our clients want us back for more, which means we are doing it right and making them happy.
